Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then pack it securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
